He listens to what you want, and can afford, and goes out of his way to find a house that fits your needs. He is incredibly thorough. He goes up into attics and crawl spaces with a flashlight to check any roof damage. He will assess stress points on foundations for potential or ongoing water problems. He looks at landscaping issues, and potential needs for plumbing or electrical expansion/ improvements. He literally provides you a mini inspection of a property so you can make an educated decision. His knowledge of the geographic areas he serves is extensive. And, he can even put you in touch with an excellent array of services to help you procure your home, including mortgage brokers, insurance brokers, title companies, and home inspectors.
